We only manufacture nursing pins and nurse jewelry in precious materials like solid sterling silver and solid 14K gold, so general fine jewelry care is suggested. A polishing cloth or silver cleaner work great. Part of our lifetime warranty is free professional polishing anytime you want too!

The pin itself is nice. I ordered 3 for my daughter and 2 of her friends that are graduating in May. I'm extremely disappointed with the size of the stone. It is barely visible! Nothing like what's pictured here . . .
