We only manufacture nursing pins and nurse jewelry in precious materials like solid sterling silver and solid 14K gold, so general fine jewelry care is suggested. A polishing cloth or silver cleaner work great. Part of our lifetime warranty is free professional polishing anytime you want too!

The pin was exactly what I needed for my pinning ceremony. I like that you can select a different “diamond” color based on what you prefer. It was a tad smaller than I anticipated but I was still pleased.
